Vibrant Workplaces
In 2007, Vibrant Communities Calgary connected with various local Calgary businesses to discover what innovative things they were doing to make their workplace vibrant. We profiled 14 Calgary employers including Good Earth Cafes, London Drugs, Mountain Equipment Co-op, First Calgary Savings and Credit Union and the Calgary Winter Club. The actions showcased range from low-cost, one-time initiatives to longer-term sustainable practices. They provide examples of innovative practices employers of all types and sizes can adopt.
